Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in a high-technical R&D/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with systems integration and reading electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Proficient with MS Project, Access, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional and ergonomic product packaging concepts and 2D/3D designs in SolidWorks.
• Analyze designs for thermal/structural performance; select materials and processes.
• Coordinate with vendors; oversee quality inspections for components.
• Prepare technical data reports and design review packages for customer approvals.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project execution within schedule and budget.
