Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent; 15+ years in technical R&D/engineering/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in system integration, verification, and customer interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration, checkout, test execution, troubleshooting, and verification for development and production programs.
• Develop and update specifications, ICDs, test plans, and compliance matrices.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams across electronics, mechanical, and software domains.
• Support customer-facing integration activities, including remote and onsite technical support.
