Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Systems Engineer III who works with minimal supervision to research, plan, design, and develop aerospace and electronics products. The Engineer will perform analyses, apply CAE tools, and ensure cost, quality, and customer requirements while contributing to new designs and upgrades.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead system development following ARP4754, participate in safety analyses, and support certification

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• BA or BS in an engineering discipline; master's or PhD preferred.
• Familiarity with ARP4754, DO178/DO254/DO160, and system safety analyses.

Responsabilités

• Define, understand and validate product requirements to support development and sustaining activities.
• Plan, estimate, prioritize, and manage work to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Lead system development activities following ARP4754 and other industry processes.
• Contribute to System Safety analyses such as FMEAs and reliability predictions and participate in certification activities.
• Produce design and development documentation including technical reports and procedures.
