Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I-II to support manufacturing system improvements, product manufacturability and cost effectiveness. You will analyze processes, develop operating instructions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a engineering BS and CAD software experience; strong communication and teamwork. This on-site role may involve ITAR considerations and requires eligibility for US Persons.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
• This position may require access to ITAR-controlled data; US Persons only.

Responsibilities

• Study, analyze and design methods, procedures, processes, layouts, flow, fixtures and tooling.
• Investigate cost reduction and product improvement programs.
• Identify root cause and corrective actions for manufacturing problems.
• Develop manufacturing operating instructions and track metrics.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers.
