Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA seeks a Quality Engineer II/III to lead quality initiatives across engineering, operations and suppliers. You will analyze production data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001.

Responsibilities include root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits support, and development of control plans and PFMEAs. A minimum of 3 years in aerospace QA is expected, with Lean/Six Sigma practices preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aerospace quality engineering or similar manufacturing.
• BA/BS in Quality, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with quality tools and data analysis.
• Ability to apply root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers to meet quality standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor quality control systems for effectiveness and compliance.
• Review regulatory standards and lead audits by defense and aerospace customers.
• Develop and maintain control plans, PFMEAs, and process diagrams.
