Crane Aerospace and Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to develop and improve the manufacturing system, product manufacturability, and cost effectiveness. The role is on-site at our Lynnwood facility, with responsibilities spanning process design, cost reduction, and scalable production improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, a BS in a related engineering field, and hands-on experience with high-technology electronics

Formación

• Experience: 2+ years as a Manufacturing Engineer.
• Knowledge: modern production principles in high-technology electronics.
• Skills/Abilities: effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Study, analyze and design methods, procedures, processes, layouts and tooling for production.
• Investigate and implement cost reductions and product improvements; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Participate in customer specs reviews and design change evaluations.
• Review new product designs or changes for feasibility and impact.
• Develop manufacturing operating instructions and metrics to monitor process health.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers; supervise and train operators as needed.
• Develop ROI/business cases for capital equipment and process improvements.
