Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an engineering professional to support SATCOM activities and systems engineering across a 24/7 operations environment. You will operate and maintain complex software and hardware systems, document anomalies, and collaborate with teammates on corrective actions.

The role requires STEM education, 2+ years of engineering experience, and an active TS/SCI CI poly clearance. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen and able to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
Experience in SATCOM, IT Systems and/or RF test equipment.
Experience assigning tasks to meet technical objectives.
Experience in problem solving in time-critical situations.
Experience in delivering presentations.
Active TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government security clearance required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship required.
Troubleshooting methodologies for diagnosing system problems.
Experience training a wide range of learning techniques and styles.
