- Translate complex satellite mission needs into technical specifications
- Support Agile design, development, integration, and deployment of mission management software for heterogeneous, proliferated satellite constellations
- Lead systems engineering across requirements, development, testing, and production
- Define requirements for complex technical problems

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering for complex, cloud-based, or proliferated satellite systems
- Experience as a technical lead
- Experience as a systems engineering leader, including delivering complex mission software and developing system architectures, requirements, interface definitions, system test plans, deployment plans, and training
- Experience conducting test and evaluation of system performance and documenting results
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering
- Experience with Modeling and Simulation
- Experience with Agile, systems engineering, requirements management, increment planning, software design, system test planning, risk management, configuration management, and cybersecurity
- Ability to work onsite at an accredited SCIF or SAPF to support classified system integration
- TS/SCI clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with mission management or OPIR preferred
- Experience as a cost account manager managing budgets for a team of 10+ engineers
- Experience using Cameo or similar tool for MBSE
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite, including Jira and Confluence
- Experience with program protection and cybersecurity hardening, including High/Moderate security categorizations
- Knowledge of Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred
- Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification
