Be visionary: Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, integration, and validation of complex systems spanning hardware, embedded software, and networking. Formación

• Experience across both hardware and embedded software domains.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with system bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting
• Experience creating and managing Gantt charts, WBS structures, estimates, schedules, and resource plans
• Participation in and leadership of software, hardware, and mechanical design reviews
• Proven ability to mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Strong problem-solving skills with a history of identifying and resolving system-level issues
• Experience producing high-quality technical documentation, engineering reports, and peer-reviewed technical papers
• Ownership-driven mindset with a strong commitment to quality, documentation, and engineering rigor
• Collaboration with hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, and IT teams
• Contribution to DevOps concepts, toolchains, and full-stack system architectures
