Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of mechanical design experience in electromechanical systems.
• Experience designing for harsh operating environments and regulatory standards is a plus.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and drafting.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical solutions and lead reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead electro-mechanical design of components, assemblies, and systems.
• Serve as technical owner for mechanical design decisions.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews and mentoring.
• Collaborate across electrical, software, manufacturing and quality teams.
• Drive verification, validation, and production release.
