Job summary

Paycom seeks an ERP Systems Analyst to optimize manufacturing processes from product configuration to distribution within an enterprise ERP environment. You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and IT to automate workflows, ensure data accuracy, and improve end-to-end visibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of techno-functional ERP experience in manufacturing, distribution, or order-driven environments.
• Experience with ETO and/or CTO processes, BOMs, routings, work orders, MRP/DRP, production planning, inventory management.
• Strong SQL for reporting, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with interfaces, APIs, EDI, file-based integrations, automation, or data conversion.
• Excellent communication with business users, IT teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineer-to-Order and Configure-to-Order processes, including configurable products and customer-specific requirements.
• Configure item structures: BOMs, routings, work centers, planning parameters, and related master data.
• Manage MRP/DRP, replenishment, lead times, order policies, and planning parameters.
• Lead ERP integrations and automation projects across APIs, EDI, and data interfaces.
• Develop and test ERP reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SQL and ERP data.
