Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Analyst to join a leading ophthalmic pharmaceutical organization in Ledgewood, NJ. This hands-on role focuses on analyzing, configuring, implementing, testing, and supporting enterprise systems across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring and administering systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering solutions from design through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of experience configuring, integrating, administering, and troubleshooting enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Experience implementing and supporting business applications and integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Design, configure, implement, and support enterprise applications, systems, databases, and integrations.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across multiple systems and platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, training materials, and user guides.
• Provide advanced support to end users and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technical projects and enhancements.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Document and share knowledge across the team while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
