Epic Bridges & OpenLink Integration Analyst – Remote | 6-12 Month Contract with Potential for Extension

One of Insight Global's largest health system clients in South Jersey is seeking an Epic Bridges & OpenLink Integration Analyst to join their team. This role will support integration and interoperability efforts across the entire health system, ensuring seamless connectivity for clinical applications and medical devices. The team is responsible for a wide range of interface projects, including monitors, ventilators, anesthesia, dialysis, single sign-on, and badging systems.

The analyst will work closely with existing staff to assist with more than 40 ongoing projects, handling system configuration, interface development, and troubleshooting. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position with no on-call responsibilities or travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Support integration projects, configuring systems across the organization
  • Assist in interface development for medical devices and clinical applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve interoperability issues related to Epic Bridges and OpenLink
  • Ensure seamless communication between various healthcare systems and technologies
  • Work independently to execute project-based tasks efficiently

Qualifications

  • Active Epic Bridges Certification
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with OpenLink Software
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage project-based tasks

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Web, Interconnect, or similar health system integration tools
  • Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR

  • Integration of GE monitors for spot vitals tracking
  • Interoperability enhancements for anesthesia and dialysis systems
  • Expansion of hospital-at-home programs for remote patient monitoring
  • Optimization of surgical notes and endocrinology workflows
  • Expansion from New Jersey into Delaware, supporting ambulatory surgical centers in multiple states
  • Migration from Allscripts to Oracle ERP for improved operational efficiency
  • Enhancements to Clinical Decision Units (CDUs) for streamlined patient management
  • Strengthening security protocols with single sign-on (SSO) and two-factor authentication
