O.C. Tanner is seeking a Systems Analyst to translate custom reporting needs into effective data, system, and process solutions. You will analyze requirements, develop SQL-based reporting, and validate outputs across multiple data sources to deliver measurable client value.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and internal teams, automation opportunities, and adherence to quality practices to ensure accurate, scalable reporting solutions.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, reporting, or a related technology role.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases, including joins, aggregations, CTEs, and data validation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of software development and technology delivery practices, including testing and implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines.
• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
