This role analyzes requirements, identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. ### **Key Responsibilities*** Requirements & Analysis: Gather, document, and translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.* Process Improvement: Analyze business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.* Solution Delivery: Partner with business, Product, Engineering, and IT teams throughout solution design, implementation, testing, and validation.* Data & Reporting: Use data, reporting, and SQL where appropriate to support analysis, decision-making, and solution validation.* Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating decisions and communicating requirements, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. ### **Required Qualifications*** 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related technology roles.* Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.* Demonstrated hands-on working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.* Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.* Understanding of software development and technology delivery practices.* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. ### **Preferred Qualifications*** Experience working in Agile software development environments.* Experience with APIs, integrations, or enterprise applications.* Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.* Experience with process mapping, user acceptance testing, and data analysis. ### **Bonus Qualifications*** Professional experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP), logistics, or retail systems.
