Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, reporting, or a related technology role.
• Hands-on SQL experience and relational database knowledge.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Discovery and Analysis: gather, clarify, and document custom reporting needs and data flows.
• Custom Reporting Solution Delivery: design, engineer, test, implement, validate and support reporting solutions.
• Data Analysis, Validation and Quality: validate outputs against sources and acceptance criteria; ensure data quality.
• Stakeholder Partnership and Continuous Improvement: communicate progress, reduce manual work via automation, and share standards.
