You’ll collaborate with owners and analysts to validate requirements and participate in Scrum ceremonies, ensuring stories are ready for delivery.

The role emphasizes producing clear acceptance criteria, grooming the backlog with the team, and supporting the program analyst in writing stories. A strong communication skillset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IT environment or production support.
• Strong debugging skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience automating file transfers with Unix/Windows scripting.
• Ability to create, install and replace SSL certificates.
• Ability to deploy standards for Audit, Configuration, and Security.
• Experience maintaining environments for high availability and file transfer solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to onboard delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to understand issues and resolve in a timely manner.
• Provide 24x7 incident response and resolution for supported systems.
• Administer internal systems, servers and components and engage in Continuous Improvement.
