Commerce Bank in Kansas City, MO is seeking an IT Business Analyst I/II to collaborate with business and technology teams to define deliverables such as use cases, user stories, data flows, and UX diagrams to ensure customer needs are clearly defined and IT solutions can be executed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1+ year of experience with Agile/Scrum, and a Certified Scrum Master or ability to obtain within one year.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
1+ year of experience writing business requirements
1+ year experience on an Agile/Scrum Team preferred
Certified Scrum Master certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technology teams to create deliverables (use cases, user scenarios, data flows, user stories)
Assist with gathering data, assess business and user needs, schedule and facilitate meetings
Create and manage Agile User Stories for Scrum
Refine backlog in alignment with roadmap/release plans and ensure items are ready for delivery
Perform other duties as assigned
