Job summary

Pinnacle Partners is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support the client’s IT infrastructure and end-user needs in Fort Wayne, IN. This onsite role focuses on maintaining servers, virtual environments, and network infrastructure to ensure a reliable technology environment.

Responsibilities include managing Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, network switches, firewall configurations, and extensive documentation.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of Windows Server administration experience.
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Working knowledge of networking and firewall concepts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments.
• Manage and maintain virtual infrastructure using VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network switches.
• Support firewall configuration, rule management, and troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support.
• Participate in system upgrades and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.
