Job summary

Pinnacle Partners is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support the client’s IT infrastructure and end-user needs in Fort Wayne, IN. This onsite role focuses on maintaining servers, virtual environments, and network infrastructure to ensure a reliable technology environment.

Responsibilities include managing Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, network switches, firewall configurations, and extensive documentation.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of Windows Server administration experience.
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Working knowledge of networking and firewall concepts.

Fort Wayne, IN Onsite Up to $110000 per Year Direct Hire

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to serve as a key resource for our client's IT infrastructure and end-user support. This role will play a critical part in maintaining server and network environments, leading infrastructure upgrades, and strengthening the overall technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Windows Server environments
• Manage and maintain virtual infrastructure using VMware and/or Hyper-V
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network switches
• Support firewall configuration, rule management, and troubleshooting
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support
• Participate in system upgrades and infrastructure improvement projects
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation

Requirements:

• 4-5+ years of Windows Server administration experience
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V
• Working knowledge of networking and firewall concepts

Preferred:

• Experience leading a migration from VMware to Hyper-V
• Experience leading a migration from CUCM to Teams for VoIP
