Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Systems Administrator with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join a high-security project in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution across client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher is required.
• Experience supporting IT systems, day-to-day operations, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide support for dispatch system and hardware problems and resolutions.
• Configure UNIX and Windows OS and load OS software; optimize system reliability and performance.
