Job summary

Monster Energy seeks an experienced Systems Administrator II to join its global infrastructure team. You will provide level 3 support for data center systems, manage Windows Servers and VMware environments, and administer Microsoft 365 with hybrid identity solutions across multiple locations.

You will configure on-prem and cloud components in Azure, automate routine tasks, mentor staff, and help develop security and operational SOPs while on-call and weekend support may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing Windows Servers and troubleshooting enterprise environments.
• 7+ years deploying and managing VMs with VMware on Cisco UCS hardware.
• 7+ years working with EMC SAN storage arrays and Fibre Channel zoning.
• 5+ years managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identities.
• 3+ years supporting Linux operating systems.
• 7+ years writing automation scripts with PowerShell.
• 3+ years using SCCM for software deployment and hardware management.
• Experience with SCOR and VMware Horizon integration is a plus.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 3 support for data center systems and operations.
• Configure, maintain and support on-premises and cloud-based environments across locations.
• Administer Azure infrastructure including VMs, storage, networking, backup and security.
• Support hybrid identity with AD, Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Develop SOPs to meet security and operational goals.
• Mentor other support staff and collaborate with app security and PM teams.
• Develop automation tools to scale operations and perform root-cause analyses.
