Job summary

Experitec, Inc. in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a System Administrator II/III to maintain and enhance our enterprise infrastructure.

You will manage Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365, and lead initiatives to ensure secure, reliable operations. This hybrid role requires hands-on expertise with virtualization (VMware), scripting (PowerShell/Bash), network troubleshooting, backups, DR testing, and collaboration with security, network, and application teams.

Qualifications

• Two or more years managing Windows Server in a production environment.
• Five or more years of IT experience.
• Five or more years as a System Administrator or equivalent.
• Experience deploying or managing virtual machines in VMware (vCenter or ESXi).
• Experience providing advanced technical support and serving as an escalation point for complex IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Administer virtualization platforms.
• Manage cloud environments (Microsoft Azure).
• Configure and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
