Job summary
Erias Ventures is seeking a Senior System Administrator to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology systems across enterprise environments. You will manage IT infrastructure and related processes, supporting day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
The role requires a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
- 15 years SA experience required, or 5 additional SA years substituted for degree.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
- Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
- Support day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for devices.
- Provide Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows systems, and install OS software; support Cisco routers/switches.
