Erias Ventures, LLC seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to apply systems engineering throughout the lifecycle: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with Government and program personnel to ensure technical integrity across multiple process areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years systems engineering experience.
• HS diploma + 14+ years systems engineering experience.
• Master’s or PhD in Engineering with 8+ years experience.
• Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and produce documentation including slide decks, SOPs, and project overviews.
• Maintain online documentation and archival of outdated pages.
• Stay current with capabilities and compliance requirements.
• Lead Sprint Planning and Retrospective meetings.
• Assist User Helpdesk with access requests and bug reports; communicate with developer leads on feature requests.
• Facilitate release End user testing.
