Erias Ventures, LLC seeks engineers to support IT systems, troubleshoot, and maintain infrastructure across UNIX/Windows servers and storage environments. The role emphasizes secure, scalable IT operations and proactive problem-solving in a growth-oriented company.

The position requires a Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph and a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, plus extensive SA experience. Expect challenging mission-focused work with strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of SA experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required.
• Current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Experience with IT system implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Container technology: Kubernetes, Linux/UNIX, Ceph, Puppet/Ansible and change control.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support for IT systems.
• Support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows OS, and network components.
• Assist with deployment of large software systems and storage solutions.
• Communicate status to management and internal customers during incidents.
