Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a System Administrator to support and maintain IT systems across UNIX and Windows environments. The role covers Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, with emphasis on system reliability and performance for client/server/storage and network devices.

The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a technical degree, and extensive DoD IT experience, ready to lead critical operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ten years of System Administrator experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; five years of additional System Administration experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance required; sponsorship or nomination for clearance is not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, including help desk and escalation communications.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems; install and load OS software.
• Troubleshoot, maintain system integrity, and optimize network components for reliability and performance.
• Support day-to-day operations for client/server/storage and network devices; assist with the dispatch system.
