Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a Senior System Administrator to provide support, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. You will manage enterprise IT infrastructure, monitor devices, and resolve issues across servers, networks and storage.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and extensive SA experience; a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver reliable, secure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
Fifteen (15) years of SA experience, or five (5) years extra SA experience with a bachelor’s degree.
Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required and sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Provide support for installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
Offer Tier I and Tier 2 support and communicate status to management and customers.
Configure UNIX and Windows OS and support Cisco routers/switches for enterprise systems.
