Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a System Engineer to analyze user requirements, develop system requirements, and guide design and integration for complex missions. The role involves leading engineering activities, developing architecture documents, and coordinating with government stakeholders to ensure technical integrity.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or five years SE experience, and a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities and provide technical leadership for integration and testing.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation; prepare engineering management and test plans.
• Interact with Government and program personnel to resolve issues and confirm feasibility.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline
