Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT infrastructure or related field.
• 12+ years of related IT/system administration experience.
• US Citizenship required and TS/SCI clearance.
• DoD 8570.01‑M IAT Level II/8140 and related certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for activities related to system administration.
• Assigns personnel to various projects, directs their activities, and evaluates their work.
• Ensures long‑term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the organization’s IS planning.
• Responsible for installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software.
• Implements OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to LAN/WAN.
• Desktop system management including account monitoring, OS installation, and related tasks.
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Provide day‑to‑day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices.
