Job summary

SOSi seeks a Systems Administrator to join the team at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Honolulu, Hawaii. You will maintain and secure DoD-compliant systems, support server and hosted applications, and provide Tier-2 operational support within the USINDOPACOM AOR.

The role covers installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and documentation, with potential for 24/7 coverage and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Active in-scope SECRET clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAT-II compliant.
• Server Administration certification at hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, update and monitor servers and hosted applications in virtual infrastructure.
• Provide Tier-2 support for system-related issues and document root-cause.
• Ensure DoD compliance and maintain system security per STIGs.
• Develop and update system documentation and DoD accreditation materials.
• Provide guidance and training to admins, staff and end-users.
• Communicate status updates to management and Government customers.
• Support 24/7 operations when necessary and participate in travel as required.
