Job summary

Pura Vida Miami is seeking a System Administrator to join the NOC team. The role focuses on administering corporate and restaurant workspace devices, IAM automation, cloud infrastructure, and iPaaS integrations to ensure high availability.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Workspace, M365, GCP, and IAM tooling, along with a proven track record of scalable administration and strong documentation. You will participate in on-call rotations to support uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS.
• 5+ years of progressive system administration or engineering experience.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and M365.
• Experience with MDM/Endpoint Management, IAM tooling, cloud deployment and monitoring, and iPaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with scalable system administration management.
• Excellent documentation skills, including architectural and systems diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Administer corporate workspace environment across Google Workspace and M365, including provisioning and licensing.
• Administer restaurant workspace devices and ongoing support.
• Manage MDM and Endpoint Management for iOS and Windows devices.
• Support IAM automation and provisioning and access controls.
• Deploy and monitor cloud infrastructure on GCP with best practices.
• Manage iPaaS platforms for integrations and workflows.
• Build and maintain automated alerting to support 99.9% uptime.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
