Job summary

Panorama Education, Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator I with 4+ years of experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure. You will handle SaaS administration, IAM, VPN, and endpoint support while driving automation-driven workflows.

The role requires proactive mindset, strong operational judgment, and the ability to balance security, scalability, and employee experience. Collaboration with Security, People Ops, and Engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related role.
• Experience with SaaS administration and identity and access management (IAM).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot endpoints, identity platforms, and SaaS apps.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VPN solutions for secure remote access.
• Administer and customize Jira, including workflows, automations, permissions, SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning, and integrations.
• Own day-to-day administration of Google Workspace, including user lifecycle management and security settings.
• Support identity and access management through Okta, and provisioning/deprovisioning, Okta Flow.
• Assist with security controls implementation and monitoring, contributing to IT policies.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and access issues.
• Create and maintain clear documentation of systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Security, People Ops, Engineering, and other teams on IT initiatives.
