Job summary

Pura Vida Miami is seeking a System Administrator to join the NOC team. The role focuses on administering corporate and restaurant workspace devices, IAM automation, cloud infrastructure, and iPaaS integrations to ensure high availability.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Workspace, M365, GCP, and IAM tooling, along with a proven track record of scalable administration and strong documentation. You will participate in on-call rotations to support uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS.
• 5+ years of progressive system administration or engineering experience.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and M365.
• Experience with MDM/Endpoint Management, IAM tooling, cloud deployment and monitoring, and iPaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with scalable system administration management.
• Excellent documentation skills, including architectural and systems diagrams.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a System Administrator to join the NOC team, reporting to the IT Manager. This role will be responsible for the administration of the corporate workspace environment and restaurant workspace devices, endpoint and mobile device management, identity and access management automation, cloud infrastructure deployment and monitoring, and integration of corporate applications through iPaaS platforms. This role will also drive automation of alerting and monitoring to maintain 99.9% uptime across our infrastructure and device environment. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience across Google Workspace, M365, MDM platforms, GCP, and IAM tooling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer the corporate workspace environment across Google Workspace and M365, including user provisioning, licensing, security settings, and troubleshooting.
• Administer restaurant workspace devices, including provisioning, configuration, and ongoing support.
• Manage MDM and Endpoint Management for iOS and Windows devices, including enrollment, policy configuration, compliance monitoring, and support.
• Support IAM automation and provisioning, including account lifecycle management and access controls across corporate systems.
• Deploy and monitor cloud infrastructure on GCP, ensuring availability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Manage iPaaS platforms for corporate application integrations, including workflow configuration and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain automated alerting across infrastructure and devices to support 99.9% uptime, including monitoring configuration, alert tuning, and escalation workflows.
• Participate in on‑call or pager duty rotations to support infrastructure and device uptime.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in system administration or engineering
• Experience administering Google Workspace and M365
• Experience with MDM/Endpoint Management platforms, IAM tools and provisioning automation, cloud infrastructure deployment and monitoring, and iPaaS platforms
• Demonstrated experience with scalable system administration management
• Excellent documentation skills, including architectural and systems diagrams
