• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years in IT systems administration or related role.
• Experience managing Jira, Google Workspace, and Okta for identity and access management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT systems including endpoints and SaaS apps.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VPN solutions for secure remote access.
• Administer Jira workflows, permissions, and integrations with other systems.
• Own day‑to‑day Google Workspace administration and security settings.
• Support identity and access management through Okta provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Collaborate with Security, People Ops, Engineering on IT initiatives.
