Edgewise Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator III to support IT systems, applications, and end-user technology across business, lab, and hybrid work environments.

The role focuses on advanced technical support, cloud-platform administration, onboarding/offboarding, and proactive process improvements. Applicants should have 5+ years in service desk roles and strong Windows/Office 365 skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent IT certifications; 5+ years of Service Desk experience.
• Certifications in listed applications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 Enterprise, Microsoft Office 365, and Lenovo hardware.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and IT support experience.
• Experience in hybrid/remote cloud-based Lifesciences environments and lab settings.
• Independent thinker with proactive system improvement skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier I and II IT support and guidance to technicians.
• Document resolutions and update support tickets.
• Administer cloud-based systems and monitor user activity.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage Microsoft 365 suite, Entra, Defender, and Intune.
• Oversee Box, Zendesk, Adobe, Docusign CFR Part 11, Zoom, and other tools.
• Assist with on-premise networking and AV/wireless systems.
• Coordinate with HR and InfoSec to disable access and ensure data retention policies.
