Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of professional experience in systems administration or enterprise IT support.
• Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments and endpoint management tools.
• Ability to provide tier 2 and tier 3 support and work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer on-premises and remote servers and SaaS platforms.
• Manage endpoint deployment, imaging, patching, and configurations.
• Monitor security by reviewing Splunk dashboards and coordinating remediation.
• Provide senior level support for Athletics staff and events.
• Develop scripts and document procedures to improve service delivery.
