Job summary
Take-Two Interactive is seeking a Systems Administrator II to deliver on-site and remote technical support for Austin, TX, and international offices. The role requires deep technical insight across Windows OS, macOS, Office 365, AD/Exchange, and network infrastructure, with a focus on automation and efficient service delivery.
You will join the Global Support team, working with SCCM, AirWatch, Jamf, and identity providers like Okta/SAML.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience with Windows 10, MacOS, Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange, TCP/IP based networks.
- Experience with desktop/server OS deployment and software management.
- Familiar with SAML, Okta, MFA and VPN/VDI environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for production and development environments.
- Collaborate with development groups to meet support needs and goals.
- Resolve client requests and operational problems promptly and professionally.
- Assist with offsite events and onboarding of new staff.
- Develop and maintain process documentation for core tasks.
