Join us as a Senior System Verification Engineer at NVIDIA

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior System Verification Engineer to join our Emulation division, renowned for groundbreaking technology. We are a flexible, family-oriented, diverse team. Responsibilities

1. Support multiple emulation environments with advanced techniques (C/C++ DPI Transactors, SV assertions, Coverage, Power Estimation, SpeedBridges, Accelerated UVM Testbenches).
2. Bring up GPUs, SOCs, Switch, NIC on emulation; troubleshoot system-level test failures and emulator issues.
3. Develop and verify high-speed protocols like PCIe, CXL, NVLINK, IB, Ethernet, and low-speed protocols such as I2C, I3C, SPI, UART.
4. Address and debug CPU-GPU coherency issues.
5. Collaborate with Design, DV, Power, Silicon Validation, Performance, and Software teams.
6. Lead emulation vendors in debugging using various tools.
7. Create monitors and checkers to assist in hardware testing and firmware/software bring-up.

Qualifications

• MS or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience.
• Proficiency in Verilog, VHDL, C/C++, and SystemVerilog.
• Knowledge of at least one high-speed interface protocol (PCIe, CXL, NVLINK, IB, Ethernet).
• Familiarity with low-speed protocols (I2C, I3C, SPI, UART) and BMC in servers.
• Understanding of CPU-GPU coherency.
• Experience with UVM environments and scripting in Perl, Python, C/C++.
• Knowledge of hierarchical design, top-down design, SoC, and system verification.
• This position is on-site at our Santa Clara, CA location.
