Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in memory, or system-level product or test engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of Product Engineering and NAND performance/reliability optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and own test strategy, flow design, test platform bringup (ATE) and qualification.
• Coordinate test coverage to meet DPPM targets across product development.
• Lead data analysis and production process improvements for yield optimization.
• Lead RMA failure analysis and drive root cause corrective actions.
• Build and support scalable test software infrastructure for automation and AI-assisted flows.
• Develop methodologies to deliver ATE test programs and diagnostics.
• Provide clear communication of technical status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
