Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a highly experienced technical professional to lead system-level test solution development and product qualification for advanced NAND technologies in Milpitas, CA. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, define test strategies, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective product delivery aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and own test strategy, flow design, test platform bringup (ATE) and qualification that delivers quality and cost targets.
• Understand product and marketing requirements and extract relevant items for production test design.
• Coordinate and ensure proper test coverage to meet target DPPM across product development phases.
• Lead data analysis and production process improvements toward yield gains.
• Lead RMA failure analysis with root-cause and corrective actions.
• Develop scalable test software infrastructure for automation and AI-assisted flows.
• Develop DFT techniques and test diagnostics for system-level coverage.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation across the organization.
