Job summary

Sandisk seeks a seasoned technical professional to lead system‑level test solution development and product qualification for advanced NAND technologies. The role requires owning test strategy and ATE bring‑up, coordinating coverage with NAND, Design, QA, Firmware, Validation and Manufacturing, and leading data analysis, yield

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field; 8–10 years of experience in memory or system-level product/test engineering
• Experience with PCIe, System Architecture, ASIC and NAND flash operation fundamentals
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide global cross-functional teams
• Ability to lead a team, make quick decisions, and solve complex problems
• Experience with DFT techniques and data analysis tools, scripting in Python, C, C++
• Hands-on system/memory testing experience with oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers

Responsibilities

• Provide clear communication of technical status, risks, and mitigations across the global org and cross-functional teams
• Define and own test strategy, flow design, test platform bring-up (ATE) and qualification to meet quality and cost targets
• Understand product/marketing requirements and translate into production test designs
• Coordinate test coverage to meet DPPM targets across development stages with NAND tech, Design, QA, Firmware, Validation, Operations
• Lead data analysis, iterative test flow improvements, and yield improvement activities
• Lead RMA failure analysis and drive root-cause analyses with owners
• Build and support scalable test software infrastructure for automation and AI-assisted flows
• Develop methodologies for ATE programs, validation, and debugging
• Develop DFT techniques and test diagnostics to improve system-level test coverage through FW
