Duke Energy Corporation is seeking a System Ops Tech Trainer/Senior System Ops Tech Trainer to lead the training and certification of Bulk Electric System Operators. You will design, develop, and deliver competency-based training using ADDIE and simulation tools, ensuring compliance with NERC PER standards and FERC guidelines.

• Technical degree required or equivalent experience.

• Experience with system operations training and operator certification programs.

• Manage performance development of NERC certified operators per standards and certification programs.
• Collaborate with SysOps training to stay current with industry practices and develop operator content.
