Job summary

FTI is seeking a System Engineer III to own the reliability and security of the enterprise infrastructure, including on-premises servers, virtualization, cloud platforms (Azure and GCP), IaC, and identity management. The role emphasizes monitoring, incident response, and proactive capacity planning.

Responsibilities include deploying new technologies, configuring operating environments, and maintaining performance. Travel may be involved and a strong customer-service orientation is valued.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree in Information Technology or Business, or equivalent professional experience and relevant training
• Experience: 8+ years in system administration, IaC and security with Rubrik, Nutanix, VMware, Citrix, Azure, and GCP
• Certifications: Microsoft Azure/Windows Server certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains, monitors and supports servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms and backup infrastructure with emphasis on security.
• Follows procedures to monitor systems and resolve problems.
• Provides production support and engages in capacity planning and performance improvements.
