Zusammenfassung

Platacard is seeking a System Analyst to join the Risk Technology team in Mexico. The role focuses on end-to-end product development, leading initiatives, and designing technical solutions with APIs and data models.

You will collaborate across Product, Risk, Engineering, and QA, refine backlogs, and ensure timely delivery while supporting production environments and incident investigations. Strong documentation skills and English communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Ability to lead requirements for product or technical initiatives from discovery to production.
• Experience designing APIs, data models, and integration solutions.
• Understanding of microservice architecture and synchronous/asynchronous integrations.
• Knowledge of REST and gRPC.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and specifications for Developers.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple initiatives in parallel from requirements to production and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Manage and refine the backlog; decompose initiatives into development tasks and acceptance criteria.
• Specify integration contracts and data models for internal services and external providers.
• Design solutions with the team, including APIs, data models, and business processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams.
• Support delivery timelines, identify risks, and resolve blockers across teams.
• Assist Developers and QA during implementation and testing.
