Job summary

Unknown company is seeking a System Analyst to drive initiatives across the full product development lifecycle in the United States. You will collaborate with Product, Risk, Engineering, and QA to clarify requirements and deliver technical solutions including APIs, data models, and integration strategies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of System Analyst experience, with a strong background in REST, gRPC, and microservice architectures, and proficiency in UML or BPMN for developer documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience leading requirements from discovery to production.
• Designing APIs, data models, and integration solutions.
• Knowledge of REST and gRPC.
• Familiarity with UML or BPMN and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple initiatives in parallel through the full product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Engineering, QA and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities and outcomes.
• Manage and refine the backlog with tasks, acceptance criteria and prioritization support.
• Specify integration interactions between internal services and external providers including synchronous and asynchronous scenarios.
• Design technical solutions with the team including APIs, data models and business processes.
