Job summary

Plata Card is seeking a System Analyst to join one of our teams (Core Banking Systems, Customer Care, and others). You will work across the full product development lifecycle, designing technical solutions including architecture, APIs and data models, and creating clear specifications for developers.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design and other teams to ensure a unified approach, while contributing to production issue resolution and end-to-end requirements management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as System Analyst.
• Experience designing API, architecture, data model and business processes.
• UML/BPMN experience.
• Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specification for developers.
• REST/gRPC models knowledge.
• Experience designing complex scalable services with high load and high availability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full product lifecycle from idea to launch.
• Design technical solutions including architecture, APIs and data models.
• Create technical specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design and other teams to drive product development.
• Produce technical documentation and service requirements.
• Address complex production issues and ensure high availability.
