Orion Innovation is seeking aTechnical Business Analyst for a contract role based in Alpharetta, GA or Jacksonville, FL. The analyst will thoroughly analyze client business requirements and configure the system to align with these needs within a banking context.

Responsibilities include client-facing activities, requirements documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery success. Familiarity with Core Banking, SaaS/BaaS, and APIs is essential.

Qualifications

Hands-on Core Banking, SaaS/BaaS experience required.
In-depth knowledge of core banking platforms (FIS Profile, MBP).
Strong SQL querying, data analysis, and reporting skills.
Experience creating process flow diagrams, use cases, and documentation.
Familiarity with API standards and integration in banking environments.
Proficient with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, Fresh Service).
