Job summary

KOUD is seeking a Senior System Analyst to drive modernization of core Annuity, Life Reinsurance, and PAM solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelorʼs Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced IT experience with a strong background in complex enterprise systems.
• Track record in technical analysis and integration projects, ideally within the Financial Services domain (Reinsurance/Life Insurance).
• Experience with SQL Server, advanced SQL querying, database programming, and ETL processes (SSIS/SSRS preferred).
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including strong skills in defining user stories.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS desired, Azure experience a plus).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Solution Ownership: Act as the primary bridge between business units, IT teams, and external product vendors;
• Requirements Engineering: Translate complex financial business processes and integration needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements;
• Design & Blueprints: Provide expert design recommendations, own system blueprints for projects and enhancements, and maintain the enterprise integration catalog;
• Quality Assurance: Support rigorous testing efforts and create comprehensive application and system documentation across the organization.
