Job summary

Barbaricum seeks a System Administrator IV to support NSWC Crane Division, Code MXM, focusing on EMSO modeling and simulation. You will build and sustain Live, Virtual, and Constructive environments, establish a NIFC-EW node, and integrate engines and simulators within distributed and non-distributed LVC events.

You will work with the LVC team, plan EW-related missions, and ensure operations in classified environments as part of the CSWF.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 10+ years of systems administration experience.
• Current CSWF member per DoDD 8140.01 / DoDM 8140.03.
• Experience with LVC events and integration of various engines/simulators.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a NIFC-EW node with the LVC team.
• Plan and execute distributed and non-distributed LVC events, scripting and unifying systems.
• Integrate engines/simulators such as NCTE, NGTS, JSAF, AFSIM via RTSO.
• Support HWIL applications and cross‑link M&S apps.
• Integrate weather data fusion and ONR tools like TruView into LVC.
• Analyze EW gaps and support EW fusion tools and interfaces.
• Conduct site visits to NSWC Crane and remote locations.
